Our Prints

Colour Disclaimer

Due to many factors, but not limited to: customer monitor calibration, type of paper and viewing software. We promise to do our absolute best to make sure all our prints are quality assured and the print colour are as close as possible. Colour represented on your monitor may appear brighter or darker (depending on your screen and calibration) than the actual prints.

Will my print be framed?

With our efforts to be sustainable, our prints are unframed to reduce shipping costs and the amount packaging we are using.

This also gives you the freedom to style and frame your print however you want :D.

How will my print be packaged?

  • A4 and A5 prints are protected in a clear cellophane sleeve and packaged in a reinforced hardback envelope.
  • A3 prints are protected in a clear cellophane sleeve and rolled into a tube.

What size prints do you offer?

We currently offer A3, A4 and A5 sized prints with A3 being the largest size and A5 being the smallest.

The dimensions for each size are:

  • A3 (297mm x 420mm) (11.7 " x 16.5 ")
  • A4 (210mm x 297mm) (8.3 " x 11.7 ")
  • A5 (148mm x 210mm) (5.8 " x 8.3 ")

We plan to offer larger prints in the near future so keep an eye out!

Can I request a larger size print not listed on the website?

Yes! If there is a print that you would prefer in a size that isn't currently listed on our site, then please contact us at hello@bycasamira.com or submit a form on our contact us page and we will accommodate.

Please note larger prints will incur additional costs and the processing and delivery time will differ in these cases.

Your Order

When will my order arrive?

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping after receiving your order confirmation email. Understand we are a team of 2 and will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • UK Shipping Times: Usually Next Day Delivery or 2-4 business days
  • International: Can vary between 7-14 days depending on location. - Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Delivery/Transit Time (excluding weekends and public holidays)

 

Orders that require shipping within the UK will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the UK may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. Can I alter my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@bycasamira.com with your full name and order number, we may be able to alter your order before it’s processed.

If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. To get an accurate estimate of shipping costs, we recommend adding all the items you like to your cart then begin the checkout process where you’re able to enter your shipping address and get an exact shipping cost based on your item(s) & location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship to most countries around the world.

Will I be charged customs?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

We are not responsible for custom charges that may occur upon arrival. We cannot guarantee there will not be custom charges.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bycasamira.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns due to the nature of the product. Our wall art prints are print-on-demand, so all purchases are final. Due to this and the materials used to create each print, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

My item is damaged
